NGO Registration

Non-Government Organisation (NGO) means a type of entity formed for some specific purpose without the intent to earn profit. NGO may be in the form of a Trust, a Society or a company registered under the Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. A Trust is registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 and may be a Public or Private Trust and a Society is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Companies registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 would fall under the category of a NGO.
